|We at Logan wish you and your family peace and happiness in the year to come! Thank you again for your patronage throughout 2012. We are looking forward to another year of providing you, your family and friends with a wonderful dining experience. As a reminder we are closed January 1st through the 10th for our winter break. We will reopen for dinner service at 5pm on Friday the 11th.
We realize that consistently delivering high quality food and service is only part of the dining puzzle and we continuously push ourselves to exceed the expectations of your dining experience. With that in mind when we return, we hope you will notice the subtle but refreshing changes to our dining room. Improvements will include things like: fresh paint, new carpet provided by our friends at GCO Carpets of Ann Arbor, and new coat racks designed and fabricated by Kyle Connelly of Grindstone Forge of Ann Arbor. A little side note, Kyle is one of a few local full time Blacksmiths still working in the area. If you would like something hand-forged out of hot iron give him a call at 734-761-1235.
There are some changes to our staff this year as well. Line Cook Noah Kramer, a 4 ½ year veteran of Logan, has left to further his education. Thank you Noah for all your hard work, you will be missed! Working to fill his shoes is Edward Gasperich. Gasperich is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, New York. Young talent like Eddie is why Chef Thad is able to produce and maintain the level of creativity and quality of the food we pride ourselves on here at Logan. A new addition to the service staff is Anna Peterson, welcome Anna. Unfortunately, the Logan staff is suffering another loss. Catherine MacCormack, a Logan Plank Owner and a prime example of a professional server, is leaving to finish her education. She will become an RN after one more semester. Go Catherine! We love you and will miss you!
